L.K. Robotics, established in 1999, has been supporting a number of high profile customers, meeting their specific needs for the last 8 years. This has been primarily with the automation of  painting / gluing / sealing and other surface treatments, using robots. 

A strong working partnership with M+arc Robotics together with a number of associate companies, enables the supply and installation of complete robotic painting systems.

We can offer the full ongoing service and site support required to ensure our customers achieve and maintain the high quality demanded by todays marketplace.

Links with a number of different robotic companies, and process equipment suppliers, allow us to offer what is the most cost effective solution to a surface treatment need.

Supply and installation of both new or used robots is possible, and either sale or leasing of the selected robots a further option available.

It is possible to carry out demonstrations or longer term feasibility tests, either on or off your site. While short term loan of robots is also a service that we offer whereby, you can use a robot at your site, to monitor its performance, and benefits.

The same ongoing site support for existing robot installations can also be offered, whether it be to carry out system or process improvements, planned maintenance, service support, or programme changes. We would also be able to carry out complete refurbishment of your existing robots, at our workshop, and even loan a robot, while this work is carried out.

We also carry a large stock of spare parts for the robots that we support, enabling us to respond quickly with your sudden urgent requirements.

Training packages are tailored to your requirement, whether it be mechanical, electrical, or programming. This can be carried out at your site, on your own robots, or in our own training facilities away from distraction.
